If you’re experiencing a bug, crash, or gameplay issue, providing detailed information helps us solve it faster!
Here’s what to include when contacting support:

Your Username and Player ID (found in Settings > Profile).

Device details (e.g., iPhone 13, Windows 11 PC).

Game version (check the bottom of the settings screen).

Brief description of the issue (what were you doing when it happened?).

Screenshots or video recordings (if possible).

Time and date of the issue.

Error messages (copy them exactly if any appear).
Example:
"While playing Hero Run, my game froze when I picked up the Fire Sword on Level 3. I'm using an iPhone 13 with iOS 17.2. Screenshot attached."
