Requesting Account Deletion

We’re sorry to see you go! To permanently delete your Hero Games Corp account:

1. Log into your account on the website.

2. Navigate to Settings > Account Management.

3. Select "Request Account Deletion".

4. Fill out the brief confirmation form and submit.

Important:

• Deleting your account is permanent. All saved games, purchases, and progress will be lost.

• It may take up to 7 business days to process your request.

• You’ll receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
